There are demand from the foreigners who are residing in Cambodia and would like to own a 10-year Cambodian Driver's License to be able to drive a car in Cambodia.

We, Lyna-CarRental.Com, are offering the service of Introducing Accredited Driving School or to find a very good driving school to the foreigners at a reasonable price. 

Here are the details related to the registration process for the Cambodian National Driver's License Exam:

1.    For Experienced Driver

1.1.    Registration at the accredited Driving School
1.2.    The candidate will receive the Theory Book
1.3.    Self-train on the theory Q&A on App 
1.4.    Theory exam at the site 
1.5.    Test drive at the site 
1.6.    Driving Exam at the site
1.7.    Theory trial on App
1.8.    Driving trial at the site 2 times (Car Rental & Trainer Rental)
1.9.    Transportation cost to the site 1 time
1.10.    Total transportation cost 3 times
1.11.    Total Cost: $___.00 (TBC)

2.    For Non-experienced Driver 

2.1.    Registration fee to get the driving exam
2.2.    The candidate will receive the Theory Book
2.3.    10-hour lessons at Driving School
2.4.    Train the theory on the computer
2.5.    Theory Exam on the computer
2.6.    Train the driving test at the site (will be accompanied)
2.7.    Driving exam at the site (will be accompanied)
2.8.    After 10-hour lessons – go to train the driving trial at the site 1 hour (will be accompanied)
2.9.    The candidate can select lesson time and can change in case is busy on the day
2.10.    During the 10-hour lesson, if candidate wants to get a driving trial at the field, the school will deduct the study time 1 hour and the candidate will pay extra $15.00 for the Field Cost - (will be accompanied)
2.11.    If the candidate absents on the exam day or forget to bring passport and support document to the field, meaning absentee must pay extra $__.__ (TBC) to choose another exam day (will be accompanied)
2.12.    Fails theory, the candidate will pay extra $__.__ (TBC) 
2.13.    Fails driving exam, the candidate will pay extra $__.__ (TBC)
2.14.    Bring the Passport Original on the exam day (will be accompanied)
2.15.    Total transportation cost 3/6 times?
2.16.    Total Cost: $___.__ (TBC)

3.    For those who want both car and motorcycle driver's license 

3.1.    Registration at the accredited Driving School
3.2.    Get the Theory Book
3.3.    Learn through Mobile App
3.4.    Computer Theory 
3.5.    Computer Theory Exam 
3.6.    Steering Wheel in the field (will be accompanied)
3.7.    Steering test in the field) (will be accompanied)
3.8.    The candidate must take 10-15-hour lesson 
3.9.    Lyna-CarRental.Com will help to manage all the processes for the exam.
3.10.    Total transportation cost 3/6 times?
3.11.    Total Cost: $___.__ (TBC)

Documents required:

1.    Passport (Original)
2.    Visa (Valid)
3.    Photo 4 x 6 with white background – If you use eyeglasses take the photos with eyeglasses
4.    The candidate must get the endorsement about the eye degree from the optical shop
5.    Current address endorsement by the Village Chief and Section Chief plus original stamp (1 copy)
6.    House Lease Agreement (Copy)

Order of processing:

1.    Registration for 10-hour driving lessons
2.    Within 10-hour driving lessons, included 1 hour for driving test
3.    Registration for the driving exam
4.    Within the 10-hour driving lessons, the candidate can ask for absence; in case the candidate is busy during the 10-hour driving lesson days and wants to move to the afternoon or morning or next day lesson.
5.    During the 10-hour driving lessons, and at the same time, if candidate wants to do the driving test at the field, the driving school will deduct the study time by 1 hour and bring you to the driving test at the field and subject to an extra charge of $15.00
6.    During the exam day, if the candidate absence or forget to bring along with the support documents like original passport, the absentee must pay $__.__ (TBC) extra to choose another exam day
7.    Fail theory will be extra charge $__.__ (TBC). Fail the driving exam subject to an extra charge $__.__ (TBC)
8.    Bring your original Passport on the driving exam day
9.    Lyna-CarRental.Com will accompany the candidate 2 times for the driving test
10.    Lyna-CarRental.Com will accompany the candidate 1 time for the driving exam
11.    Total: $___.__ (TBC)
