1. General Condition

1.1. Car with self-drive

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition, with a full fuel tank.
Renters are responsible for basic task as a driver such as regular checking engine oil and coolant, proper usage car, and compliance with Cambodian traffic laws.
Vehicles may not be sublet, taken outside Cambodia, or used for unlawful purposes.
The rental company reserves the right to terminate the agreement for misuse or non-compliance. The refundable deposit may be applied to cover all charges and procedures incurred upon termination of the contract. All payment invoices will be presented to the Renter as proof of settlement. The Owner shall refund only the remaining balance after all payments have been cleared.

2. Fuel

2.1. Car With Self-Drive

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the commencement of the rental.
Renters are required to refill the tank to full before returning the vehicle.
Only premium-grade fuel (92/95 Super/Gold/Excellium) purchased from recognized stations such as Caltex or Total is permitted. Some of our vehicles must use 92, some must use 95, Our staff will instruct the renter during the car handover process.
The use of fuel from unrecognized stations may result in vehicle malfunction. Any damage arising from the use of incorrect or unapproved fuel shall be the sole responsibility of the renter.
Vehicles are provided with unlimited mileage and may be operated anywhere within Cambodia.
The renter is obligated to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as recorded at the start of the rental.
Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV): The battery level is not required to be fully charged at the time of delivery to the customer or upon return of the vehicle. Only the gasoline fuel level will be considered.
Electric Vehicles (EV): At the time of delivery and return, the battery charge level must not be less than 80%. A fee of USD 10 will be applied if the battery level is below 80%.

2.2. Car With Driver/Fuel

The Owner shall assume full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.

3. Insurance

3.1. Car With Self-Drive

Procedures in case of road accident in the event of the road accident happened the renter have to contact the owner immediately; the renter must stop the car immediately and wait for the insurance’s staff from our company/insurance company. Do not move the car from the runaway unless the police officer guide you to do so or after the officer marked the location of the car on the road already.
Renter will deduct of USD 100 per incident.

3.2. Car With Driver/Fuel

The Owner shall assume full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.

4. Prohibition

4.1. Car With Self-Drive

Opening windows on dusty roads, Smoking, transporting seafood, or carrying durian, food, smelly items in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Violations incur a USD 100 fine per incident.

4.2. Car with driver/fuel

Driver has right to rejected to turn on the air-conditioning system of the car if they feel the carried item could produce the bad smell, driver has right to offer to travel with windows open if the item in the car is smelly.

5. Payment

5.1. Car With Self-Drive

The Sender shall bear full responsibility for all fund transfer service charges and related fees. The Recipient is entitled to receive the agreed amount in full. Payment via Bank Transfer | Credit/Debit Card may incur handling fees charged by intermediary or receiving banks. These fees are outside our control and may be deducted from the transferred amount. To ensure the full invoice amount is received, we kindly request that payments be sent under the OUR instruction, meaning the sender covers all bank charges. If payments are sent under SHA or BEN, any fees deducted by banks will be the responsibility of the customer.
Rental fees, refundable deposits, and surcharges must be paid in advance.
Payment methods: Cash, Check, Visa/MasterCard, Western Union. Extensions of the rental period is requiring advance payment.
The Owner reserves the right to repossess the vehicle and return it to the office without prior notice in the event of late payment.
Late payments incur a 5% penalty.

6. Penalties and Fee

Please check for the price of damage or lose:

Loss of Vehicle Key (including Remote Controller): A fee of USD 80 shall be charged.
Locksmith Service: In the event the key remains inside the vehicle and all doors are closed and locked, a fee of USD 70 shall be charged.

7. Driver

This clause shall not apply to self‑drive rentals.

Working Hour:

Working days:

Monday through Saturday.

Standard hours:

07:30 to 12:00

13:30 to 18:00

A daily break:
One hour and thirty minutes is designated for lunch

(12:00 to 13:30).

Travel Exceptions:

Standard working hours may vary for drivers engaged in inter-provincial tourist travel.

For services rendered on Sundays or Public Holidays, a surcharge of US$30 per day applies, as stipulated in the Vehicle Rental Agreement.

Overtime (OT) Rates

An overtime rate of US$5-US$10 per hour applies to any work performed before 07:30 or after 18:00. Overtime fees are payable to the Owner and will be included in the subsequent invoice for the driver’s hiring fee.

Service Rates

Driver Daily Rates: Rates range from US$30 to US$40 per day, contingent upon the driver’s qualifications and experience.

Current rates are maintained on the company website. This fee includes the driver’s meals and accommodation when duties are performed outside of the home station.

Monthly Rates:

Rates range from US$400 to US$650 per month, depending on experience. This fee covers the driver’s meals and accommodation.

Provincial Overnight Stay:

For overnight assignments, the Customer shall pay a Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) of US$30-US$40 per night.

This fee is payable to the Owner prior to departure. Fees for any unplanned extensions shall be settled upon return via the next invoice. This provision applies to both daily and monthly contracts.

National Public Holidays:

The company recognizes 12 National Public Holidays annually.

Use of driving services during these periods requires a surcharge of US$30 per day:
International New Year’s Day (Jan 1)
Cambodian New Year (Apr 13–15)
Pchum Ben Festival (3 days)
Water Festival (3 days)
Christmas (Dec 24–26)

Workplace Safety Practice

During working hours, remaining inside the vehicle with the engine idling is strictly prohibited. If no suitable standby point is available (e.g., excessive heat posing a risk of heat stroke, or exposure to rain), the Driver may operate the vehicle to locate an appropriate standby point. Any mileage incurred shall be counted as working mileage usage, provided that the distance does not exceed 5 kilometers from the Renter’s location.

The Driver shall inform the Renter of the chosen standby point. If the Driver fails to provide such information, the Renter may submit a complaint to the Owner. An internal investigation shall be conducted, and if misuse of the vehicle or violation of internal regulations is confirmed, the Renter may request a driver replacement.

8. Refundable/Security Deposit

8.1. Car With Self-Drive

A refundable deposit ranging from USD 300.00 to USD 1,500.00 is required to secure the agreement. The Owner shall refund the deposit in full upon expiration of the agreement, provided that all contractual obligations have been fulfilled and no breaches have occurred. The refundable deposit shall be returned to the original payment account used by the Renter.
For yearly contracts, the Renter is required to provide a deposit equivalent to one month’s rental fee, in addition to the on‑demand deposit.

8.2. Car with driver/fuel

A refundable deposit ranging from USD 300.00 to USD 1,500.00 is required to secure the agreement. The Owner shall refund the deposit in full upon expiration of the agreement, provided that all contractual obligations have been fulfilled and no breaches have occurred. The refundable deposit shall be returned to the original payment account used by the Renter.
For yearly contracts, the Renter is required to provide a deposit equivalent to one month’s rental fee, in addition to the on‑demand deposit.

9. Rejection

9.1. Car With Self-Drive

This clause shall not apply to self‑drive rentals.

9.2. Car with driver/fuel

Car owner and designated driver reserve the right to refuse travel to dangerous areas or via roads in poor condition. Should the Customer insist on proceeding against the driver’s advice, the Customer assumes all risks and shall be liable for all costs associated with damages or unforeseen accidents.

10. Repair and Maintenance

10.1. Car With Self-Drive

Routine maintenance and repairs are provided free of charge by the owner. The Owner covers all general car maintaining of the rented car. All such services must be performed in Phnom Penh. Except yearly contract, the owner has right to take the car 1 working days every two months from the renter for general maintaining, substitute car will be provided to the renter by the owner. The actual date and time will be discussed between renter and the owner. In case the car in very serious condition that must do the maintaining which could not delay any longer than owner has right to take the car from the renter without information with the arrangement of the substitution car.

10.2. Car with driver/fuel

Routine maintenance and repairs are provided free of charge by the owner. The Owner covers all general car maintaining of the rented car. All such services must be performed in Phnom Penh. Except yearly contract, the owner has right to take the car 1 working days every two months from the renter for general maintaining, substitute car will be provided to the renter by the owner. 11. Rental Extension

11.1. Car with self-drive

If the vehicle is not returned upon the expiration of the agreement, the contract shall automatically extend on a daily basis and weekly basis.

12. Agreement Termination

12.1 Car With Self-Drive

The Owner reserves the right to terminate the lease for any breach of contract, providing written notice to the Customer or without notice. Serious breaches may result in immediate termination, repossession of the vehicle, and legal action in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. In such cases, the Owner may seek remedies and compensation. Renter waives any right to counter-compensation.
The Owner reserves the right to inspect the vehicle at any time. In instances of negligence or abuse by the Customer, the Owner may terminate the agreement immediately at the Customer’s expense.
Unauthorized use or breach of agreement may result in forfeiture of deposit and additional charges.

13. Taxation/Value Added Tax (VAT)

We are legally registered company in Cambodia, the price of using our service or product will be entitled with VAT standard in Cambodia.

14. Incidental Cost

14.1. Car With Self-Drive

The Renter is responsible for incidental expenses, such as: ferry fees, airport parking, tolls, and minor maintenance such as tire inflation or flat tire repairs.

15. Odometer Log

15.1. Car with self-drive

This clause shall not apply to self‑drive rentals.

15.2. Car With Driver/fuel

Noted by driver and sign by passenger that delegated by the renter. Signature is required by the start of working hour of each day with the current odometer that display on the driver instrument screen, and signed again at the end of the day (last trip). Passenger could ask the driver to read the odometer by themeself to transparency the exact odomenter number before signed.

16. Parking

16.1. Car with self-drive

The owner is not responsible to find the parking space for the end of the working hour. Unless there is an exclusive agreement in the rental contract.

17. PHEV-EV rental

17.1. Car With Self-Drive

An on‑demand deposit ranging from USD 300.00 to USD 1,500.00 shall be required in accordance with the rental agreement. This deposit may be applied to cover toll fees and parking fees incurred during working hours (excluding end‑of‑day parking fees).

For yearly contracts, the Renter shall replenish the on‑demand deposit to its original amount at the end of each month.

21. Car/Driver Substitution

The substitution car and driver will deliver to the renter in case the rented car or driver is absence by any reason, within 24 hour in Phnom Penh, and within 72 hours for all provinces

22. Requirement Document

22.1. Car With Self-Drive

Driver License
A valid International Driving Permit (IDP – 1949 Geneva Convention) is mandatory.
Alternatively, a Cambodian Driver’s License may be obtained by converting your national or international license. Only IDPs issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention are recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia. IDPs issued under the 1968 Vienna Convention are not accepted and will not be covered by insurance.
Holders of tourist or e-visas are not eligible for a Cambodian driver’s license. A business visa is required for license conversion.
Passport

A valid passport must be deposited with the rental office as required.

Corporate Company: Copy of certification of registration company with Patent certification.

23. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Owner reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Customer. Continued use of the services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
