Car Annual Road Tax Service

We primarily serve foreign private companies, embassies, NGOs, international organizations (IOs), and United Nations agencies whose staff reside, work, or live in Phnom Penh and own vehicles.

- Copy of your Vehicle Registration ID Card
Special Note: If the original receipt from the previous year is lost, you will be required to pay double as a penalty. We strongly recommend keeping all vehicle documents in a safe and easily accessible place.
For newly purchased vehicles that have never been taxed, the original Vehicle Registration ID Card is required for endorsement.
Important Notice
The annual road tax collection period begins on February 15 and ends on June 15 each year. We strongly advise customers not to delay payment, as late submissions incur penalties that can double the cost and cause unnecessary inconvenience.
The Department of Customs and Tax conducts the annual road tax collection for all vehicles between June and July each year.
