A. In Phnom Penh and Other Urban (Crowded) Areas: 

Beware of junction roads, intersection and/or cross roads. You must slow down the speed, stop and watch to the left and to the right sides carefully. Because most of the motor bike taxi drivers, young motorbike drivers (students), the gangster motorbike and car drivers, they always drive very fast and most of the time they do not care about the next drivers.

We have so far found most of the accidents happened in these areas.

B. Dropping off/Getting out of the car:

Before opening the door to drop off and/or to get out of the car, you must first look carefully. We have also found most of the accidents happened because of the carelessness of the drivers or passengers opening the car's door without watching carefully to the people who are walking or driving from the same direction. This kind of accident, the insurance will not be covered.
  
C. Overtaking:

Before overtaking, you must look into the front, if there is no anyone from the different direction and safe, you may do that.

D. Save the animal life:

So far, we have found the accident happened by hitting the Cow, Buffalo, Pig, and Dog etc . . . which could cause injury and/or die on both parties. Moreover, when this kind of accident happens, most of the vehicles could not move forward, because of damage to the radiator and the cooling sys​tem. When you see any of these animals on the roadside, you must slow down your speed. They may walk into your car by panic-stricken of something, or when you are horning at them and/or by one of them try to do the chasing into one another.
